If you mean strongest, you're wrong. That honor goes to none other than the Ebony Warrior, whom you can only fight after completing all quests, if I remember right.

Actually he's right. Miraak caps at level 150 as oppose to the Ebony Warrior who only caps at level 80.

Gah! I haven't faced him yet, but from what I hear, he's going to be a pain in the... Ugh. Getting as many dragon souls as I can before facing him, because that's the main thing about him that concerns me.

he isnt that tough......i dont think how many souls ya got affects anything besides unlocking new shouts, not sure....unless you get that ability that dragon souls heal you.

I've read that you need to unlock a full shout to access his fight. So unless it comes unlocked, him stealing away dragon souls would make unlocking it a pain.

oh your talkin bout the bend will shout. miraak cannot steal as much souls unless you cut his influence a bit, then he has a hard time doing it.

the shout needed to access the miraak battle is the bend will shout, a shout that allows you to bend the wills of dragons and human and elven races. Its the shout needed to fly on dragons.

You don't need a bunch of dragon shouts to fight him. You just have to find the proper black books to talk to Hermeus Mora and get a mission to get the secrets of a village, far as I know. You also have to get the quest (though you don't have to complete it) for the Jurgan Windcaller horn thing to actually gain access to the island.

He is quite strong. He uses just about every type of attack; a sword, a staff, lightning bolt, and two or three shouts.

the only thing that actually does a lot of damage from him is the staff and his shouts, Ive seen him do about 6 i think....cant remember.

True that, but his sword saps stamina and lightning bolt naturally saps magicka, so you're kinda on a constant balancer deal.

And, from what I've read, has armor that reduces magic damage and shout damage, his weapon drains stamina, and he will heal himself fully THREE TIMES! Meaning you have to get his life bar down four times total! Great for anyone looking for a challenge. Me, well, I'm more of a casual gamer.

I don't think so, I think it just absorbs the magic from shouts and spells, though I'm not 100% sure, and am too lazy to consult the wiki. >3
