Did you get a visual like this from it?Β
I think I've had it slightly a few times. Lately I've been having just the opposite experience.Β Been sleeping on a couch for longer than I care to say. But often when I doze off, I am paralyzed in my dream. I think it is caused by the narrow constraints of my "bed". The reality and unreality of the situation are both very frustrating.Β

No my experience was i wake up open my eyes and am able to see but could not move at all for what seemed like a good amount of time that happened twice , but the third time I couldn't even open my eyes ,the very disturbing thing to me was I could hear someone or something moving around and I was alone in the house every time , and it really freaked me out every time! I suppose I could've imagined the sound but the rest was very real
