Watercolour on Canson Montval paper, 24x32I finally have a normal gouache and it's making my life so much easier...
This is going to be a birthday gift for my friend. We had been classmates for 8 years, and we've been walking to school together every morning since secondary school started. This year we're both graduating, and this might be the last birthday gift I give to her.

It is kinda sad to hear about your friend, mybe because it's the moment I fear most with leaving school, that the contact to my friends will loose...after, at our school, 13 years. I really hope this won't be the last gift you'll give to her!

Thanks! I'll try my best to keep meeting her (I've managed to do it so far without her having no social media and not even a phone for a while), but yeah, the intrigue of a new place along with the loss of precious friends creates such a confusing state inside of me. I'm desperately wanting to leave one minute, then regretting my whole life for not being able to keep up with friends anymore... But well, time goes on for everyone, and this shouldn'tΒ stop us from reaching our goals. I hope you too will be able to keep in touch with them!
