I did some thinking about the DS9 episode One Little Ship. A runabout called the Rubicon flies into a subspace compression anomaly and gets shrunk down to the size of a toy. Meanwhile, the Defiant is boarded by the Jem'Hadar, and the Rubicon's crew decides to fly inside the Defiant.
