Description
Here is the drawing of the man who kill the doom patrol (mostly Rita aka elastic girl)originally Captain Zahl then later now General Zahl.

Years later, the Teen Titans, together with Robotman, tracked down Zahl and Rouge during their attempted takeover of Zandia. With the help of Changeling and the Brotherhood of Evil, they put a stop to their plans. Near the conflict's end, General Zahl fired upon Robotman but the bullets ricocheted from his chest and struck Zahl, killing him.

And Zahl have the last laugh to robotman after Zahl die robotman tell dead Zahl,
“no one get the last laugh, the 1000 people you kill they don’t get it and Rita, Larry, and the chief they don’t get it”.

Notes: General Zahl was mentioned in Batman/Superman: World's Finest #2 (2022) when the doom patrol stole some interesting items from a “madman” General Zahl and the item was the sword of Nezha in the prime Earth universe.
