Description 1) Download Desktop VisualizeR from Play Store [link]
2) Extract MetroUI.rar on your Android Device.
3) Choose your favorite Android Launcher (better with APEX launcher)
4) Add from widget menu a Desktop VisualizeR
5)Confirm the dimension of the widget
6) Choose the tile from the gallery and selct an app.
7) Tap clear on Label menu and on Touch Effect select none.
8) Tap OK to confirm.

They're Ok, but My preferences are a bit more minimal. Plus there's some gradient issues with some of them.

There's already something called 'Launcher 7' (which will probably become Launcher 8 soon) that does something similar to this.

and what size do you set ? because in apez launcher there are options for the vertical and the horizontal side both . Sorry for my english

On VisualizeR choose the image (start) on my pack and select none.

You need to place VisualizeR widget on the home, you can find some tutorial on google

The orange Xbox Music+Video style wallpaper, can you give that to me? I know there is gonna be a Wallpaper pack for that but please

But the icons are nice, can be more Metro (Or that shitty name called: Windows 8 Style UI ) styled but it's stays Android.
