Description
"It's gonna get..WEIRD!"[Story]
'Fed up with being upstaged by Twilight Sparkle, Trixie Lulamoon finds an ancient book of spells,
and used it to summon a powerful demon from another dimension called: Bill Cipher.
Bill grants her wish, and makes Trixie an Alicorn.
Provided that she use her new alicorn magic to grant him physical form.
Trixie honors this agreement (in hopes that Bill will grant her more favors)
But, upon doing so, Bill reveals his true colors as an entity of chaos.
Now all-powerful, Bill rips the fabric of reality. Unleashing "Weirdmageddon" upon Equestria.
At first, everyone blames Discord for the travesty that had befallen them.
BUT, It quickly becomes clear that even Discord at his worst couldn't create such anarchy.
Even with the combined might of the Alicorn Princesses, AND the Elements of Harmony,
Bill cipher proves to be just too powerful, and defeats them all.
Left with little choice, the Alicorn Princesses transfer their magic into Discord.
the only one in Equestria who can match Bill Cipher's power, and anticipate his unpredictable nature.
Discord and Bill meet on the battlefield..and, all hell literally breaks loose.'

Based on a discussion that I had with someone,
I just wondered what might happen if Discord went up against Bill Cipher.
Both characters are entities of Chaos, and can warp/break reality,
and fine amusement in normality breaking down into madness, and insanity..
AND, both characters have the personalities of a showman.
The only difference between them is that Bill Cipher is destructive,
and Discord is more of a prankster, than any real evil villain.
Fandom's be damned. I wanna see these two fight,
and tear down reality with each blow that they take.

Bill needs to be in physical form and summoned in order to cause chaos. But if I had to choose who caused the MOST chaos, Bill gets the cake.

After re-examining the two, Bill and Discord are
two different kinds of Chaos.
Discord is like the 1966 Joker in that he's a harmless prankster,
who annoys, and harasses his victims..but, doesn't really hurt them.
Bill is like the modern Joker: a true Psychotic
who finds the misery of others amusing.
If Bill and Discord were stage performers,
they'd have different comedy styles ranging from Passive, to DARK.
And, Comedy is a matter of preference.
What may seem funny to one person,
is probably mean spirited to another.

Off topic but I once had a discussion with a brony friend of mine about what would happen if deadpool meet pinkie pie or discord (again i only know the about characters thanks to the brony friends i had)

Bill Cipher is probably the only character that is the perfect one to have discord fight ... i say probably cause i can't remember anyone else that's as chaotic as Bill or Discord

They both sorta did the same thing.
When Bill was unleashed, he turned Gravity Falls into a chaotic hell
where reality broke down, and madness reigned supreme.
While Discord was quite as "hellish",
his warping of Equestria when he first appeared was similar.
Reality broke down, and nonsense reigned supreme.
Even Discord's current residence (some kind of pocket dimensions)
looks similar to the place where Ford first encountered Bill Cipher.
Bill and Discord are chaotic creatures with similar powers.
the only difference is that Discord isn't psychotic, and values whatever friends he has
(Bill HAS his own buddies, but they are less of "friends",
and more like a gang that he surrounds himself with to make him feel powerful.)
As I state din the plot, Discord is the only one to match Bill Cipher.
Not only in powers, but the fact that as Discord is the lord of chaos,
he can anticipate whatever random thing that Bill may do.
It's like if Batman played chess with Sherlock Holmes (or, Vice-Versa)

Hence why in the plot that I provided,
I had the Alicorn Princesses transfer their magic into Discord.
Which makes the fight even.
I compare the whole fight as being two competing stage performers trying to outdo one another.
