Once a disgraced warrior, disfigured and exiled by his homeworld's knighthood for his heinous deeds, Motav Knight was chosen by the Dark Goddess to become Her second avatar when he tore out his own heart in a show of devotion to Her. It was then that She bestowed unto him Apollyon; one of three unholy weapons forged by Her own hand within Her void for each of her avatars.

As the embodiment of Her will, he is devoid of compassion or mercy though he does not bother with the psychological games of his High Priestess counterpart; seeking only to carry out whatever his Goddess wishes to the letter with clinical precision.
