This is a GORGEOUS photograph! I really love the way you lit the area so the vibrancy is decreased; it gives it a sort of melancholy that would've been lost otherwise. I also like the way the background is darkest around the glass and lighter around the flower, because it gives it contrast. The water droplets on the rose are a beautiful touch. They give the piece more life and counters the vibrancy decrease (that's a good thing, you don't want too much grey).
The one thing that I found distracting (however minimal it is) is the reflection in the glass. It looks a little out of place, and I would suggest that in the future when there is a reflection involved, you place the subject where it is opposite a blank wall or even just a cloth.
Overall, it's a beautiful photograph. I hope to see more from you in the future!
