Description
Up in the room with the angel friend, who sat upon the tree, slept a girl who had many dreams. In the room was several scattered books, cloth used to make plush dolls, and the said girl not a sleep in their bed. The young one slept instead with their head on arms on a desk that was just as cluttered with items as the floor. The light brown hair shined in the light cast by the decorations hung outside and the moon shinny weakly through the sky. In the mind of the maiden she had dreams not of sugar plums nor fairy's but of skating on an ice the size of giant turkey.
In a green attire and blue sweet pants, the girl skated across the ice. Surrounded by friends they all did tricks while racing each other. It was a wonderful time watching the gang of friends make marks in the ice such as figure eights or maybe little diamonds. Though as the gang kept making more marks in the ice, cracks seemed to be forming. While other didn't notice the dream version of the sleeping girl did and she become worried as the ice she stood on drifted away from her friends.
How far would the ice drift? Would she become so distant from her friends because of what she was doing? Would this Christmas be the last she spend with them? As she started to feel the cold isolation, a warm hand made contact with her shoulder.
GASP!
Awaking with a slight fright, the young girl stood up straight and looked around. There was an odd ringing sound coming from outside her room. It sounded like sleigh bells ringing? In her hand was a small plush that she didn't make. It was a small man with purple clothing and hat with an upside down L and a long lengthy mustache that slanted into to L's.
His name was Waluigi and attached on his back was a note in neatly written cursive writing.
"When it seems you're drifting apart, know that the ice will reform. Your friendships and family ties will only become stronger,"
Mr. S.C.
As the young girl looked at the note and little friend, she smiled and went to lay in bed, knowing that Waluigi, and the rest of her friends, would always watch over her.
