Edit: This is a better picture of the same drawing. It has less detail than the previous version but captures the shading better.-----------
It's finally finished!!! It took me too long - mostly due to lack of motivation - but I finally managed to draw the dreaded hair...
Of course, I had to temporarily blind myself by drawing extra detail in the hair, just to end up taking a lousy picture which disregards all my previous efforts.
I gave away the original drawing as a present for a friend of mine who is moving away to Canada to attend university. (Good luck, Manuel!!!
In return you'll have to show me around campus when I go visit!! lol )Materials:
A4 paper
HB, 3B, 6B graphite pencils
Mechanical pencil for hair details (2B 0.5 mm lead)
regular + kneadable eraser

This looks amazing! I'm doing a two foot by two foot grid drawing of Jim Morrison for my art project. I'm DEFINITELY dreading the hair lol. Hopefully mine will come out somewhere near as good as yours!
