Sorry for the loooooooooong silence. I’ve been practicing on a new software called live2D and it is freaking awesome! I’ve been working on this thing for weeks now, though I would have finished this sooner if I properly used the tools more efficiently.
The first time I tried to turn the head in a different angle took me two weeks ‘cause I didn’t research the tools. So I started from scratch and finished the entire thing in just a week.

Anyway, you said you weren’t finished, so I know you’re gonna work on this more,,but I’ll just leave something just in case. Like someone below me said, there’s a level or unnatural movement because the hair moves all together when it isn’t completely like that. I think the strands of hair near her ears would move faster because there less hair to move together, so the smaller strands of hair would more instantly follow her head movement, especially the ahoge up top.
Other than that, even if you don’t do any extra animation on the hair, the minimum I would recommend would be adding the shadow of her hair over her face including the curls that cover her cheek just so that the face won’t feel particularly flat compared to anything else. I hope I wasn’t rude at all!
