since my scanner doesn't work and neither does my tabletthis is all i can do to vent my hatred for that movie and how it's ruining my avatard fandom

someone started arguing with me about how much better the movie was then the series when they haven't even seen the whole series!! GAHH!!

I love your stamp, for the actual movie, I. HATE. IT. I have seen the original series, and although I myself am not an avid fan I do appreciate the story. I COULD NOT sit through the first fifteen minutes alone of that bad acting and CGI, and I wish I could smack some people around too. (In the avatar state)

I haven't seen the movie, but every one of my friends said it was horrible. One of them saw the movie before they watched the series, and they said the series was WAAAAAAY better.

Me and my friend snuck into that, the ticket taker wasn't there, lol. When it snowed soot, she said "chocolate rain" and we LMAO'd same with "ONG"'s pose at the end

I wasted my money to go to a midnight showing because trailers are deceiving and at the end of the movie someone said boo and and I was so happy but then some people clapped and i wanted to glare bullets at them. I desperately wanted someone to go "that wasn't a good movie" "I'l say." "Tell me about it." "But the effects were decent."

I cant beleive it made it onto DVD, my dad watched the very first episode showing eith me when I was little and he said that the show was so much better than the movie.

I snuck into the movie and the director got aang off of the internet, it was a low budget shitball that should never have to be veiwed by avatards such as myself. No suki, appa looked scary, no hair loopies, sokka's boomerang wasnt metal, zuko wasnt white, the pronounced sokka, aang, and iroh wrong, zuko had no ponytail, the bending forms were all screwed up and aang was too serious looking.

and all fire benmders can summon it, they don't need a source. and HARU WAS A 6 YEAR OLD!!! and they didnt move with the elements, they had seizures and THEN it moved. And the bending was too slow, the battles looked like they were in slow mo.

I was expecting the movie to suck and it did. So I wasn't disappointed.
PLEASE DON'T YELL AT ME FOR TELLING THE TRUTH EVEN IF IT HURTS!
If the ATLA fans seriously hated the movie so much maybe they should do something about it. Like demand a do-over of the movie. I mean if enough of us fans complained, about how craptastic that the movie was, maybe they would actually redo the movie. Only this time making it as close to the cartoon show as they can get it. It wouldn't be that hard two spilt all the books or seasons of ATLA into two-part movies. It sounds like a good idea to me but apparently the fans don't HATE the movie enough for that to EVER happen. 
I mean seriously if all of us fans made enough of a complaint M.Night would most likely redo the movie or someone else could direct the do-over. But only if enough of us expressed our hatred of the movie. Because if it all of you truly hated the movie, some one would have done something about it by now; instead of just bitching and moaning about how craptastic the movie was and well I guess I am in the same group as you guys because I would probably never do anything about it either. So I guess we all just get sit back too watch M.Night slaughter books two and three and I will get to watch him F-UP, Toph my FAVORITE of all ATLA characters.
However the only thing that I liked about the movie was Princess Yue, and her Death scene. That was about it.

and didn't even consider it possible for them to recreate the movie
but frankly I believe that they get enough support from none ATLA fans for the movie to stay put.
and as much as I do hate tha movie I don't really think I'm gonna try and start a revolution. It's something that after you have your hate fest it's fun to make fun of.
Plus now we have The Legend of Korra to look forward to

Well they should remake it but there's no way it could happen and that fact that it get's enough support makes me very sad. But as I said I was exspecting it to be less then great so I wasn't disappointed. Most definitely.

I saw the movie, and actually I don't care about Eeroh, Oong, Sohkka or whatever because the actors did a good job, the scenery was really good too, and the dialogue some times was good, the DIRECTION of the movie was a complete disaster! like wth is this?! it was extremely rushed! like the part where the gaang get captured in with the Earthbenders ang aang comes out of avatar closet and they just start fighting right there?? like wth was that!
I didnt like the direction of the movie, but the other aspects were ok

Warning: Mild ranting ahead.
I went to see it with my friend and as we were going in she told me they changed the pronunciation of Aang and Sokka's names (she didn't know about Iroh T.T). I then tried to walk out and she had to push me back in. So that was really disappointing and upsetting.
I also found the bending mildly disturbing, I mean in the movie they had to do about twenty different hand motions to get a stream of water and in the show all they did was swipe their hand through the air! And the whole having to have fire to firebend? That was stupid.
The reason behind the war bugged me too. They should have left it the same as the cartoon instead of being all "the Fire Nation wants to get rid of the spirits". Ozai actually being in the movie and agreeing with Zhao was annoying considering we didn't even see him until season 3.
I could go on all day about what bugged me about this movie but I won't. I think the only thing I liked was the bending (some of it). And that one part when Uncle Iroh started talking to Zuko about girls.
