I usually make rough sketch of panels, then I made use of ruler to straighten them. Hmmm maybe I should put a tutorial when I have the time.

For some comic stuff:
I usually make sketch draft or thumb nails which outlines the entire episode. Usually takes a whole day
Pencilling took me 3-5 hours maximum per page.
Inking takes 2 hours per page, this is my favorite part
Coloring also took me 3-4 hours per page.
What took me a month to complete an episode is my stupid 9-5 regular work (technical assistant). I can only work at night. Really, frustrating for me.
