This looks AWESOME hon! You're coloring is improving much. Although, proportion wise, I feel as though his right arm is a bit to short compared to the other arm

No problem! ^^ My sister bought me an anatomy mannequin for my birthday so I use it ( when it's not lost ). Your hand should come down right after the crotch but before the knee. So, like in the middle. D8;; It's hard to explain without showing!

I rather like the way you did his eye. :3 It's a little different from the norm but it looks really good and still captures his character.
