Description This is little star having some me-time in a quiet corner of a very big forest.

It hasn't been very apparent in my artwork up till now but I absolutely adore rats. If it were possible I would have many many many pet rats. I can't have rats right now and I miss that so I'll be making up for it by painting them

I used fav.me/d2yw4l7 from Pandemoniumfire pandemoniumfire.deviantart.com… as reference for little star. Thank you Pandemonium for sharing your rats!

Made with acrylics on paper. Original is a4-ish in size

This is the first of a series I plan to do for a calendar. Would anyone like a calendar featuring rats?

Little Star is a she   And yes she might have some more adventures. I have a sketch halfway finished for a "little explorer"as well but that isn't with this lovely. She might come back again for another painting
