A move she's had from the very beginning as a sweet baby Pichu. She knows she has a cute appearance and takes fully advantage of this, she can charm just about anyone with this move by saying/singing something in a cute voice, making people feel really bad for wanting to pick a fight such a sweet innocent girl. This became a great opening move for contests and one of her strongest ones. Since the move is about altering her voice it actually needs to physically alter her vocal chords to work, and the time it takes for her voice turn back to normal depends on how much she used it (min 10 minutes). There is a danger that if she uses it too much and too often the chords can get used to the change and stay that way, changing her voice and damaging it forever.

A move she learned unknowingly, as her contest performances she started to throw fake kisses to the audience and noticed it actually affected people and her competition. It works the best up close, giving the target a real smooch which causes confusion, with training she learned to use it at a distance with a blow kiss but it lasts a little bit shorter but besides that works just as up close. She used to sometimes use this by accident but with more control now that almost never happens, however since she learned to hold that back it now in return makes her feel a bit dizzy and nauseous after only a few uses.

Amy got this hard to find machine from her parents as a birthday gift! By concentrating really hard she can make a handful of tiny shining stars form in her palms and shoot them at an opponent in a cone-like pattern, which in turns makes hitting the target fairly easy but since the move is still very new and slow it can still be dodged if the target is skilled enough and light on their feet. The move manifests itself with some sort of mystical light and it can be very bright, making Amy prone to accidentally blinding herself when she uses it causing both headaches and confusion from her temporarily impaired vision (now she's the one seeing stars).

This is a her newest move but also the strongest damaging move in her arsenal, she concentrates all her energy to strike everything around her by letting loose a flare of electricity. Having had the time to practice it more she has gained more control of it but sacrificed some of the moves power and range to gain it. The max radius is 10 feet but she tries to not go over 7, if she does that she can us her move about three times or so before becoming too exhausted to use it, needing to literally recharge the electricity in her body. This move may cause temporary paralysis to anyone who comes in contact with it, the further away they are the less likely of it to happen.

[A unique attack that varies in type depending on the Pokémon using it.]
A move she's been very keen on learning just for the curiosity of finding out her unique typing and the appealing sense of individuality. When she found out the type is water she had already learned the move and deemed it useful enough to keep and start training. Amy sharpens her focus to find her "hidden element" and forms a small white bubble of energy in her hands that she fires off at the target, right before contact it expands and bursts into a cold shower of water droplets sparkling a blue light. The travel distance is extremely short and the blast isn't that powerful but it's rather flashy. It can also easily backfire, if she holds onto it for too long or has her focus interrupted it'll explode in her hands "burning" her with the freezing water.

Amy tends to wear her emotions on her sleeve, not being afraid to show people how she really feel. She's very extroverted and loves to be around others, she gets very energized hanging out with people, friends and making new friends. She doesn't necessarily hate being alone, everyone needs some alone time but if she can she much rather spend her free time in some good company, so you will mostly like see her hanging around the cafes and in any people filled area, and you will know she's there cause she is very loud in her speaking voice and her laughter. She always tries to keep conversations fun and have everyone be happy. The friends she has she genuinely cares about and want them to feel good but she doesn't shy away from negative topics if she feels very strongly about it, then you will definitely hear her go on a rant if she's provoked, she's very quick to stand up for her friends if someone is being an asshole to any of them.
Being a former contest star she loves the competition and making everything a contest, even to the smallest things. She loves to win and come off on top of everybody else and the feeling of being the one in charge. She's an only child and a pretty spoiled one at that so she didn't ever have anyone come and question her authority, making her very bossy and needy. She also has a habit of getting what she wants by making the other a little flustered by her flirtatious behavior. But she also flirts unmotivated, just for fun. It's hard to tell when she does it because she's genuinely attracted to someone or when it's just for the heck of it.
Tied with her competitive nature she really hates losing, even coming in second is terrible in her book, she wants the number 1 spot and nothing less. She becomes sorely disappointed and upset which in turns affect the way she treats the people around her: becoming snarky and rude. She treats herself as the center of the universe and takes a long time to get over herself always expecting someone else to come along and pulls her out of her slump. She expect others to bend themselves to suit her plans, compromising isn't her strong suit, so when that doesn't fly she gets very irritated. Neither is she fast to forgive people, if someone has wronged her in a major way then you no longer exist in her world, you are now officially dead to her and she will ignore your existence forever, bye.
History:
Amy's a single child growing up in New Mauville city in one of the fancy apartments her parents settled in to start their family. Her dad being a musician Aromatisse and her Raichu mother being an actress for Pokestar Studios she had quite the luxurious upbringing. As well as being the only child of theirs she basically got spoiled rotten under her entire childhood. Only wanting the best for their child Amy got sent to a great private school with all the best tutors and resources and everything. And she figured out very early, at around the age 13 what she wanted to do with her life, her career of choice would of course be as a performer, just like her mommy and daddy. Which they of course were ecstatic about and fully supported her, even in a bit of an overbearing way. But as long as Amy got what she wanted she didn't mind her overzealous parents and instead really loved the attention. Now it didn't immediately hit her what kind of performer she wanted to become, she got to try several different things, getting classes in singing, piano, acting and disco/pop dancing, yes anything that has to do with performing on a stage. All of them was fun in their own way, it was tough to decide on just one of them but since they live in Hoenn and so close to Slateport city it was only a matter of time until she would come in contact with the Contest halls.
She saw a poster advertising a famous Alolan Primarina contest star coming to Hoenn to compete in their contest that first peeked her interest, she decided to watch the show and fell in love. You can pin point it down the the exact moment they opened their performance with the beautiful Sparkling Aria that Amy had already decided this is what she wanted to pursue herself. As soon as her parents heard they both hired a personal trainer and manager at the spot to help make their baby's dream a reality. This became one of her biggest and if not first challenge, since skill isn't something that can be handed down to you but actually have to be worked for but she was really determined and went through with all the training to make her first contest scene debut at a mere 15. She didn't win, of course which completely crushed her personally but they were very impressed by her ambitiousness and it helped encourage her to keep going.
And so she kept going, staying in the contest scene for 5 years she managed to climb the ladder and get a good bunch of a supporting fanbase. Being super competitive she pushed herself constantly to always one up the other contestants and get the most ribbons and trophies than anyone else. But she didn't only push herself she also was very vocal to her other contest members, talking a lot of smack and outright bullying. She managed to get some good friends in the other contest ranks like Cool and Beauty but her fellow Cute rank members were only viewed as rivals, even enemies. This of course wasn't the healthiest working conditions but no one dared to question her, her parents couldn't see her as anything other than flawless. And this unquestionable toxic behavior undoubtedly lead her to doom her own career:
Amy's contest career ended abruptly with a scandal when one of the other Cute ranked members who had suffered Amy's verbal abuse was suddenly hospitalized after being found in danger from self harming behavior. The press completely blew up this story and made Amy the sole reason for this tragedy, even though there were other factors that caused it but those were ignored in favor of making a juicer and more drama filled story sell. And seeing as Amy had been excellent at making enemies she quickly received all the backlash she deserved. Even her other friends in the ranked group turned on her, they knew she was kind of an asshole and now they had proof, plus no one wanted to tarnish their reputation by hanging out with her anymore. This moment changed her. Seeing as no one had trouble cutting ties with her this quickly she too abandoned the contest scene with no hesitation.
Her parents were the only ones that still loved her, thankfully. They moved to Kalos, Lumiose, to escape the contest scene and drama. She would have liked to talk to the girl and apologize but sadly that couldn't happen. It made her realize that her words have power and how they can affect people negatively. It's a shame it took until her 20's to realize that. But at least now she had a fresh start in a completely new city and people that didn't know how awful she's been. Not really knowing what to do next or how to handle her emotions after the scandal, she started to write. And those texts eventually became songs. Rather naturally she picked up the singing lesson she attended before and outside of class worked on developing her own style and expressing herself through music. It was a much better path for her, less drama. During her time in Lumiose she manage to get 2 great people on board and start a band for fun while still not having an occupation, their musics gives some money but not enough for all of them to make a living. She gives most of it to her band mates while she herself is getting support from her rich parents to get by rent and bills. They aren't famous by any means though they have a small but dedicated fanbase in which she hopes she can trust really do like her.
Then after one performance night she heard someone in the audience talk about something called the Argo Navis and move users rights. It made her interested and so she tried to find out more, even though she was hesitant to keep using moves at first because it reminds her of the contest days she had been steadily trying to integrate it into her new music performances to make it more special and cool. They too become apart of her act and image and so she too wanna fight for her rights to keep it that way. So she made the choice to be more vocal about her pro move using and it didn't take too long for that information to reach some peculiar person calling themself ''Mr. Cool'' which contacted her with a... rather interesting email.
