i love this.. she looks really blank, in a kinda ethereal manner. kinda shell-shocked. and totally thought that was a sceptre (is that how it's spelt) until i realised it was a knife. like the symbolism of the mirror and the soul and everything.
also like how its black and white, but maybe should've had a red hue or smth.. u do those so well.. but maybe this was it's subtler.

probably not. By looking at how the hands and the thumb wrap around the knife, the grip looks more like something which grips a round object rather than a flat one.

In order for something to cut, there must be force and movement. Since she is just gripping it, there is only force, so it wouldn't cut her unless it was like razor sharp.
