Yaaaay...I'm a cat person -- I'll say that right now, but I really really REALLY love cartoon dog movies. I dunno why. All Dogs Go To Heaven and this...*shrug* I don't know o.O
There is a cat in Oliver & Co...He's my second fave
And the only reason I like this picture...lol
And this is pretty much all on my own, I wish there was a perfect pose in the movie that I could pause on...But there wasn't, so I had to butcher things together myself while I was watching it...
It didn't come out THAT horrible though...Like I said, I like the way I got Oliver!
I was so proud when I finished him for some reason, it looked so much like him...Anyway...

I saw this movie in theaters back in it's november/december 88 release when iw as 7 4 times and had the original merchandise including the soundtrack and Mcdonalds stuff (finger puppets and singing ornuments). Too bad it never came out on video the next year for i wanted it as i would ask my video stores in my city if O&C will ever come to video and they didn't know, it took seven frickin' years to come to video and it returned to theaters. I saw it's re-issue at 14 and bought the CD soundtrack since i grew up with Joel and Huey and bought it the first day it arrived on video after years of waiting. I did replaced my video with the DVD in 2002, i still enjoy this movie for nostalgia to go back to carefree days of my childhood.

Fantastic artwork there. I saw this movie when i was 7 about 23 years ago when it first came out in theaters about 4 times and had some of the merchandise especially Mcdonalds stuff and the soundtrack. I did enjoyed it's theatrical re-issue in 96 when i was 14 and also bought it on video the first day after waiting 7 years for it to come on video. I did also bought the CD soundtrack since i grew up with Huey and Billy since i was 4 and i did replaced my tape with 2002's DVD and i still enjoy watching this movie as a nostalgia of my childhood to go back to carefree days

I loved this film as a kid; sadly, I didn't see it that much and never even saw footage of it again until the DVD release's commercial. Maybe some day I might buy the DVD...
