Description
Well let's say inked, because the whole "inking" part was done in Adobe Illustrator
Used a lot reference from Ed Benes and his drawings of Gambit.
Changed his face a bit, but it still bug's me, he just don't look like Gambit
Oh well, hope ya'll like it

Beautifully done. I used to collect tons of Rogue and Gambit stuff, and I always kinda liked the way Weiringo drew Gambit. Dunno why.

He's a great character -- very popular over here. He was REALLY popular back in the mid to late 1990s when he and Rogue were the "it" couple in comics.
If all you've read is one issue and stuff from the internet, then I think your picture of him is extra good!

All in all Serbia is a very poor country when it comes to comics, some things are going better lately, some guy has buyed the rights for printing graphic novels of DC/Vertigo, so yay for me, but still not enough

I allready bought a bunch of them, Sin City, Complete Watchmen, Dark Knight Returns, Preacher, Sandman, V for Vendetta, Hellblazer - Original Sins, and some more, I was so happy when I saw that finally someone had the B**** to publish graphic novels here, it took a lot of courage to do that here.

No there isn't any laws against comics, it's jus, well, the history of my country in short words is: War, and fucked up political situations.
At some point our cultural level was at it's lowest form, and wen it comes to comics, well people think of them as "only for children" stuff.
For a long time any effort to publish some type of comics was worthless, cause no one would by them.
Back when I was kid there were a lot of comics published, but that lasted, ummm, well until i turned out 12, and then, nothing, just a few issues of some comic and then, nothing again.

Basicly I do them in illustrator because I don't have much time to ink them by hand, this way is a lot quicker (at least for me) and it's a lot easier to fix something if you screw up

Yea I've been playing with illustrator in my graphic arts class, that trace comes in handy, but I'm a little dissapointed that it takes all the work out of vectoring a full color picture, any one woth cs can do it now.
