Description This is one of the many small steam trains that operate on the world's smallest Main Line rail service, on the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway

This train is named Winston Churchill, after Britain's successful wartime prime minister, and can be seen here at Dungeness station, In front of the newest of the village's Lighthouses.

During WWII, This toy-like railway was converted to act as an armored mobile gun emplacement, protecting Kent's most vulnerable coast, during Operation Pluto (PipeLine Under The Ocean)

I showed it to my Dad, and he thought it was great. Actually, he knew what it was and where, as soon as he saw it. It does have a lovely colour too.

Thank you
I'm glad he liked it.

Dungeness is a very peculiar place, and these tiny trains just add to the place's oddness.
