Last night my completely awesome brother treated me to a show by Penn & Teller! We're both fans, and when he had taken a vacation to New Vegas recently I meant to draw some art he could have signed after seeing them in their home stadium. But I fell short! It was a coincidental chance at redemption that they were visiting Ontario and I was thoroughly impressed with how they took the time to meet the audience after the show!Thanks Penn & Teller for the encounter and entertainment! I'm so pumped that they saw my artwork!

This portrait is awesome. Even more awesome is that you got to show it to Penn and Teller! I was going to do a similar thing when they come to Atlantic City next month, but my drawings of them so far aren't very good. I may have to just request a photo and skip giving them a shitty drawing in return, haha.

It was a fantastic experience, I love those two. Don't feel discouraged about your artwork, I was reluctant as well but sometimes you just have to be forward for the fun of the experience! Penn & Teller are both super nice and courteous individuals.

That's great to know! I never know how people will respond to art of themselves, but I'd love to give it a try. At the very least, they won't say "wtf is this shit."
I can remember watching Penn and Teller as a kid before I really had an idea of who they were, but I thought they were really funny. Now years later I will finally see them in person, and I'm very excited.

They were very kind and complimentary, and there was even an excited "Ooh!" from the surrounding crowd when I pulled the portraits out of my sketchbook, which made me feel good! I am thrilled to think that Penn & Teller might've been impressed with the art.
