Alright critic time. Now I'm not a professional so don't sue me if it's not the best. The color you did a very good job at BUT the shadowing around his forhead is being shown to much in my opinion. Now I'm not say don't put shadow what I am sayng is that pick certin spots around the hair and show a hint of a shadow that way it can be more realistic. You also should try and shorten the neck a bit. Most time males have shorter necks.
