Welcome to the Bronze Age, saurian worldβ¦A battle-tested leader in ceremonial armor speaks to a crowd, using the audio-visual language of his society. Vocal sounds combined with arm and neck motion and feather display allow for a rich variety of idea transmission vectors, and this individual uses more than most.
He wears a metal crest enhancer, augmenting natural attractiveness with artifice, and his armor sports constructed feather-like extensions. This bronze armor, while decorated for political occasions, would suffice for battle with many of the less-advanced civilizations on this world.

Ah very nice. It's cool to see a bronze age level one. I can just imagine the crowd listening in awe. I can just see him on the battle field as well giving orders to a large army.
