Description
With the seams marked, following the pattern joins except for the body and hem of the garment, this has a single seam up the back centre. Here the Hem part has been isolated, using the colour selection. The basic unwrap produces a coiled snake-like pattern, I have straightened it, using the "Follow Active Quad" method, then neatened it up with the align tools. Adding a test pattern I can check the orientation of the UVs, and look for any distortions. Later on the test grid will be replaced for each selection group by a texture in Daz
