Hey what do ya know its Vivi from final fantasy 9...bit of a theme going on here >_oMore experimentation with colour, this time dark background so i can mess with light a bit more >_o;;;
I kinda like this one in a way o_O

dark pictures like this make working with light more rewarding I think, and in some cases more demanding. I love how this turned out, it looks the most professional of your pieces so far! 
My tip here would be to watch the lightsources though - here it's clearly the little flame in Vivi's hands and you pulled the light reflections off well on his clothing, but the light on his back suggests another lightsource, because the flame can't really reach that. So it looks like he's standing with the back to the moon or a campfire or something.
