It's Jenny from that old show "My Life as a Teenage Robot." I miss this show so much TT_TT I would watch this all the time when I was younger. Now it only comes on at 1 in the morning on the Nicktoons Network. And they are STILL making new episodes! But the're gonna stop forever next weekend on May 2. How lame -_-
But anyway... this is one of my first times drawing her and I think It came out okay. I colored it with colored pencils this time instead of PS. But it looks SO much better on paper. I'm also kinda mad that I ran out of room on the paper so her hair got cut off. >.< Oh well

And my sister is still completely obsessed with this show so there is more of this coming for sure. ;D
