In my headcannon she'd be Lucia fon Fabre (loo-chee-ah, not loo-see-ah).

Very nice concept, and well designed. Lucia's eyes and outfit look fantastic.

Of course I am. I just got passed where Luka cut his hair. After I beat Abyss, I'm going play thought Graces then Xillia (Milla's story) before Symphonia comes out for the PS3
