SPOILER WARNING!!! (Part of a Human Team Amity AU)

After breaking up with Megaira and turning himself in to the authorities with Nijiko and her grandmother by his side to vouch for his character, Enzo was able turn over a new leaf. Due to his circumstances and willingness to turn himself in, he faced far less serious charges for his past crimes and now mostly must serve a community service sentence. To his good fortunes, Nijiko and her grandmother a more than willing to offer him to work in their pastry shop as his sentence, their shop having strong ties to the community and known for helping promote good causes and those in need. Although many of the costumers are still rather intimidated by Enzo and worry he may pull something, he does his best to keep a smile on his face and serve the pastry shop as best he can.

To make sure Enzo stays out of trouble, a retired officer who is an old friend of Nijiko's grandmother named Clement offers to come check up on him from time to time. Although Enzo is a bit nervous about Clement at first, the two surprisingly click over a short time and grow quite fond of each other. They even develop a fatherly-son kind of relationship. Despite all his misfortunes, Enzo has finally found some peace in his life and hopes to preserve this new happiness he has been blessed with.

(Just felt like continuing this. Also, we get glimpses of some of the other Team Amity characters in human form! I haven't made any official concepts for them yet, but you can see Cody the Dunsparce, Naaz the Emolga and Mireio the Virizion here as Enzo serves them some food.)
