(Download for highest quality.)Eventually I'm gonna have to draw the full bodies of each so I can get their trainer sprites and mugshots done. But until they're done I'll leave this up as a preview for things to come. I'll take this down once all the full body shots are up but that may take a while. XD
I've decided that what separates the admins from the grunts is that the admins have dark blue pajamas and grunts will have light blue or white pajamas. Of course also the admins wear their pajamas in their own way while the grunts will wear them in a basic normal way. I suppose I should probably also post the grunts as well; yeah I'll have to. ^^

I have been thinking about your project and I have a couple of ideas if you are interested. This game should have 2 versions like every other Pkmn game and they should be based on Night and Day legendaries. The Night legendary should be some kind of Owl (perhaps Dark/Flying type) and the Day legendary should be Rooster (maybe Fire/Flying) . In the Night version team Slumber wants to catch Owl legendary to make everybody asleep and in the Day version team Slumber wants to force everyone to stay awake so that they will feel how Morpheus feels. Well that was my idea so feel free to use it, I hope that I helped somehow and good luck in making your games

Well like most fangame developers I don't do version exclusives; there isn't much point to it with single player only games. Also there is no day time in the game so that wouldn't fit.

Well basically their leader is an insomniac who has found a way through a legendary Pokemon to force sleep no matter your condition. So the team's goal is to induce a region-wide infinite sleep upon everyone including themselves. In the leader's mind it's not evil because you're rested and peaceful when asleep. But obviously it is evil for two reasons:
A) Forcing anyone to do anything they don't want against their will is evil.
B) If you're asleep without getting water, exercise and nutrition after a while your body will die; thus the side effect would be eventual mass genocide.
Each member has their own reason for wanting the sleep to happen; some want sleep, some want to escape their lives and some just want to be a part of something bigger like an organization. So that sums it up without really spoiling much.

I feel like either Noel or Bri's reason is her one true love was killed. The killer was never found and with the massive amount of grief and sorrow she wanted to escape it all.
