Description So yah, here it is! The fully colored image! C:

It's Nick taking a hit from a Smoker that was originally targeting Ellis, hence the title "white knight". Although, maybe I should have called it "not-so-white knight"? LOLOLOLOLOLOL SORRY NICK. Guess you're just gonna have to buy another $10,000 suit. :T



I've been getting into the Nellis fandom as of late. I even made a fan video using the LITTLE footage there is from the promos:

While I absolutely ADORE Zoey X Ellis, the Nellisness I've seen around here has inevitably sucked me into its clutches. Oh my! Is that a hickie on Nick's neck? I wonder who gave him that?

Lazy background is lazy. It's mainly a bunch of industrial-looking brushes. Credit goes to the person who made them... don't remember who they are.

Wow, this is a really fun piece!

I love how this is colored, you did a really good job.

..though, the only thing I have a problem with is Ellis's left arm. It seems to be shorter then the other, and it might be better if it went downwards more like the other arm. I think it would look more natural, but that's just my suggestion.

Good job on the rest though!

Though, now that I'm up again, both arms could use a bit of adjustments.

But it's not noticible enough to bug everyone, cause the focus is Nick, so that just nautrally drags the eye away from Ellis.

Hnnnnnnnnngh. I thought the sketch was good, the final product is @0@;;

Where to start with this? I mean like, the blood/zombie-juice splatters are phenominal, Nick's coat is a work of art all on its own. Cuz like, it's dirty all over but it's dirtiest in the places you'd expect... the cuffs and elbows and such. Your use of texturing has me in a tizzy, from Nick's scruff to the smoker's tongue to that baseball bat (holy hell) to the patch on El's hat (it really looks raised up-- how u do that??). I guess I have to mention the shading too because folds are a bitch, but not only that, you seem to have the panes of the face down too... and you're mixing hard and soft shadows and yeah. Basically awesome, okay?

And of course all the things I said about the lineart still hold true, expressions/poses/attention to detail are all fab. c:

The trickle of blood at the edge of Nick's mouth. Nick's backstretched hand. His whole frame.. haaawtawt >u> There's something very leanly attractive about Nick, and I love when people do it well.
