(SPOILERS! DO NOT READ THE FIRST BITS CAUSE IT HAS MAJOR SPOILERS TO THE WEBCOMIC)After reading ONES webcomic, I've decided to draw one of the panels in the comic there.
Garou finally achieved his transformation in becoming a monster, and beaten the literal crap outta almost every S class hero there is, until Saitama came and turned the tables.. When Saitama was giving Garou "the run for his money" it pushed him to transform Even More!
But it didn't really seemed to make a difference caused Saitama is just to powerful.
