I dunno, maybe a black background or something would of looked better. Its a nice effect, but the red make them looks like they are covered in blood.

Haha! Yeah, I definitely had not put much thought into this! I literally realized my watercolor effects were on a different layer so I splashed paint in the background as well. I would like to practice different styles though, so thanks for the feedback!
