Ok so ill be brutally honest as you asked for
Its cool, I have trouble drawing IRL you know, so I always respect people who do it - I know how hard I think it is! I'd try to improve the eyes some, you can really see all pensil strokes and the circles around watery spots you know. Work some with a stompf there or something.
The expression looks really manga haha, like she's looking at some gorgeuse boy she's in love with. ^^ Cool.
Crop the top, I always get annoyed and distracted by paper borders scanned in like that. Otherwhise I think its cool
