Is the Middle Warp Nacelle used to increase the speed of this Dreadnought or is it use to increase Shields and phaser firepower ??Β

Speed. Nacelles don't give power, they take it. The warp core is where you mix matter and antimatter to feed the warp engines.
If you need extra power you either get a bigger warp core, or put some fusion generators near your systems.
Dreadnoughts are basically fast battleships. A Battleship would have even more weapons and shields, but with two warp engines would be slower than a heavy cruiser like the Marco Polo.
