Description Happy Valentines Day

So it seems that I managed to finish this... on time. I know the arm and hand has a lot of mistakes. I wish I could do over her entire body. =.=' I hope you can tell that the girl is blowing bubbles shaped like hearts...

I used colour pencils and a little Photoshop.
