What is that? I don't recall anything with this name in Quake 2.

It is the licker hound, but originally they called it parasite due to it sucking your health.
then it took on the other name because players hated the dog enemy.

Parasite strogg, i think i know them, they usually hide in corners and ambush the player. They aren't my cup of tea though...
