My very first art made with the tablet. :3 Not SO different from my works made only with mouse but I think it looks better.

ANYWAYZ.... This is a gift for my best friend ~pokeinuyasha :3 Well, actually she requested me to draw her characters, Polaryu (the blue ice dragoness) and her mate, Kazetsu (the blue canine) but my requests list if closed. I decided to accept it anyway for a few reasons. One: I've been wanting to draw her a gift for a long time but never got any good idea for it. Two: It was the perfect chance to use my tablet for some real drawing. And three: I wanted to accept. :3

I am kinda proud of this one. ^^ This is the very first time I draw Polaryu and Kazetsu. Also it's the first time I draw a crystal and used transparency for it. It is the very first time I try to make fur effect on the colors layer and the first time I make a more detailed shading on the characters.

As for the scenario/background, well there are plenty of stuff I've made before, but this was the first time I drew a sunrise with warm colors. Also it is the first time I draw clouds that match the environment.

I had lots of fun at drawing Polaryu. Kazetsu was fun too but a pain at some times. Not so hard though.

This is the pic I've mentioned on my journal btw. It was a team work. Tablet and mouse working together. About 97% of the whole picture were made with the tablet, but there was a few things that I could make only with the mouse. I am happy that it turned out best than I imagined. ^^
