It came out ok for an hour or so doodle. Conceptually it's pretty good, the execution requires some work though.

I just thought that Noel needed to instil a little more fear into peoples hearts outside of being portrayed as a badass or cuter than a box of buttons. After all, she is one of the most hated characters online and the harborer of the apocalypse in the story.
