Description
The Shuriken V/R.A.I.L (Variable Reinforced Armored Integrated Loader) from Halcyon Heavy Industries is a dual mode unit. The 707 is designed for close-quarters combat and deep recon and assault missions. Like other VRs the 707 resembles a motorcycle and has many of the same features. Unlike other VRs the Shuriken was conceived with guerilla warfare and deep urban combat in mind. To achieve this Halcyon( the rival of the Orbis ) reduced the size of the unit and equipped it with over-powered shoulder/mid fairing micro -vectored jump thrusters. Unlike the Orbis version the 707's rider is "encased" inside the Shuriken when in Solid Form. The HVR-707-S is not sold on the open market , and is still considered to be in the testing phase ( field testing with the 17th Recon Assault Company "The Outriders", more on them later.

The HVR-707-S Shuriken is shown in what is presumed to be the primary default loadout. Seeing that the unit is still under going test ( although there are over 40 units in operation) it is unknown how many loadouts are available . The 707 is armed with the Halcyon GP-226-Carbine assault rifle, a 20mm rifle (200 caseless rounds,per clip) with an underslug 40mm RPG launcher (6 rounds per clip). The HVR-707-S is also equipped with the standard R.A.I.L sensor suite along with a few other undetermined features.
