My own take if I were to redesign big Blue's threads. I'm one of those guys who feels that if Superman is to carry on and become this everlasting character that the companies boast him to be they need to update him from time to time. Nothing drastic, just things that would fit in line with people's sensibilities for today. No "Electric Powers" crap like they did in the 90's. Just something that is simple and stream line but is still true to the roots and core values of the character.Related content

Couldn't agree more. I like lots about this and wish it were in color although it looks a bit like superboy. Check out my redesign and let me know what you think.

I've gotten that responce before, I guess everybody expects Superman to be really really beefy eh? I wanted to go for a more gorunded feel for him. I figured he'd look very fit and athletic looking but not enormous like a bodybuilder. I guess in comcis you ahve to exagerate otherwise you won't convince people. In anycase thanks for the comments and I will definitely take a look at your stuff. Also if you look in my gallery I already have a very EARLY PHASE colored concept for this design. Tell me what you think, I'm eager for some feedbackfeedback.
