I like to imagine this version of Tina has a very attractive body but is incredibly shy and anxious about people looking at her, hence the silly costume. I also envision her with long hime-cut hair and actual dinosaur features like scales and a thick and powerful tail, as well as threatening sharp teeth, which is another reason she wears the costume, to hide those features.
Projection is fun.
I would pay you in commission money for a drawing of this.
