She would still be very charming and an awesome character Actually she did become a street rat (literally and not-literally) in the 'Aladdin' series. And was awesome in both cases.

This reminds me so much of the Aladdin TV series episode "SandSwitch" in which Sadira casts a spell over Agrabah and everyone's memories are switched to where she's the princess and Jasmine is the street rat, and she filled the role nicely!
