Critique as you requested:
First, wow this piece is blended so well. The contrast on that bear is beautiful and really sets I apart form the water. The lighting is beautiful, the fine hairs on the bears back match well with the shimmering of the water. Like said before, a fish would have gave that extra touch, but that is far from a fault, nothing that really needed to be added. But I would have loved the bears eye to shine more, even a bit of glaring considering the water is so bright and shinny. And, because the bear is blocking running water, maybe a bit more splash, and what I mean really is higher splashes as it's running quiet fast. Other than that it seriously looks amazing, so much like a real photograph. And it's also nice to see a bear and not a horse
