+ With her forte being in spiking, Miho put a lot of her time and effort into working on her jumping power and technique. Along with that, Miho also has a pretty good game sense as she carefully observes her opponent's movements to try and predict where they are going to block. She uses her observation skills to the fullest as she pinpoints the perfect place to spike the ball.

- Though she is pretty skilled at controlling where her hits go, she doesn't have a lot of power to her hits. Sacrificing her power and speed for accuracy, Miho's hits can easily be blocked if they know where she is planning to hit them. Being a little bit on the short-tempered side, Miho can also get easily taunted by the other team if they know the right thing to say to set her off.

  Due to experiences at a young age between her parents and older brother, Miho quickly became an aloof person, not really wanting to get close to other people. At the times where she does have to interact and be close to others, Miho begins to get a bit controlling. She would rather control the situation and bend it to her will than being the one manipulated. When things don't go her way or she sees that she is losing control, Miho slowly looses her temper, which shows how irritable she can be. She picks up things fairly quickly and has a insightful mind. After dealing with her older brother for so long, she has been known to be quite scheming, always looking for ways to rile people up. Not really caring much about other people's feelings, Miho is extremely blunt with her responses. She would rather lay it out flatly than go a round about way to save someone from getting hurt.

[ History ]

  Born into a regular low class family, Miho grew up living with her father, mother, and her older brother Ryuunoske who is three years older than her. At a young age, her brother always had difficulties doing things most kids could do. As he grew older, her parents began to deem him as incompetent due to the fact that he was a failure at just about everything he did. From a young age Miho could see how useless her brother was most of the time ans teased him about it constantly. Despite how she treated him, she was the closest person to him and he quickly developed a sister complex since she was the one person that didn't ignore his whole being like their parents did.

  Seeing how their oldest child was basically useless to them, they focused all of their time and energy on Miho in hopes that she will do better. Due to this, Miho was constantly studying and doing her best in school to keep her parents happy and to keep them from getting at her brother. She didn't mind studying because it wasn't grueling task to her, she just felt like it was something she needed to do for the good of her family. Wanting her to not feel like they put too much pressure on her, her parents began to spoil her, constantly giving her sweets and making sure she had everything she needed. Though they were always offering to get her just about anything she wanted, Miho could tell they were only doing this for their own benefits to not feel so guilty, so she rarely asked for anything from them. This in turn caused her to be more aloof with everyone around her. She would rather sit back and do what she must than to be seriously involved with other people. The only two people she would willingly interact with were her older brother and her neighbor Daisuke.

One day when Miho was sitting at home watching TV (she was around the age of 7 at the time), she happened to see a volleyball game that was playing. She was so captivated by their performance and the intensity of the sport that she instantly wanted to try it out for herself. This was the first time in her life that Miho felt a need to do something with out the feeling that she had to do it for the sake of someone else. From then on, Miho spent every bit of free time she had practicing/playing volleyball in between studying and going to school. She would even force her brother and Daisuke to practice with her every chance she got.

When she was 11, Daisuke suddenly moved away without a trace. Losing one of the two closest people to her, Miho from then on went through a phase where she completely shut herself off from the world, becoming colder and more uncaring towards others than before. She felt like she couldn't trust anyone anymore and it was months before she even talked to her older brother again. Coming out of this dark phase of hers after having calmed down, her volleyball training from then on intensified. It had slowly become a way for her to distract herself from her thoughts. Part of her felt like she had to prove something to Daisuke who had left her alone and the other half didn't want to lose one of the few things that connected her with her best friend. She thought that maybe if she worked hard enough, she could get to a place where she could see him again. From then on Miho continued to play volleyball, playing for the school teams every year as soon as she hit middle school.

- Yagami, Taysuya: A nice boy that bumped into her on the street that reminds her a bit of Daisuke. He plays the same position as her in volleyball so she feels a sort of kinship with him.
