2004.He's from old anime '12 Senshi Bakuretsu Eto Ranger' that aired in Korea during 90s. I think it was more popular in Korea than in
Japan. This guy named Pochiro (Kangdari in Korean ver.) is my all time favorite!
This was inspired from the episode where he cuts up the sponge cake mid air.
