Used this for reference here:
I'm practicing drawing faces; though I'm always been okay at drawing details; drawing whole faces is really hard for me. I can never seem to get both eyes to match up and make the general proportions look reasonable; so this is one of my better results... Even though it ended up looking more like an angry boy than a woman...
