Katsucon is in National Harbor, MD at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center. It's like 10 mins outside of Washington D.C.

In February, this year it is february 15th through the 17th I think. If you decide to go, I suggest per registering on their website; that way you can get a discount on the badge.

You should! You don't even really need a pass to get into the convention; only to go to panels and the dealer's room. If you were only going to come for a day to look at the cosplayers, then you wouldn't even need to buy a badge! *but don't tell anyone I told you that lol*
