Uh no.
A) They are adapted from the comics, and in the comics the Black Order are recruited by Thanos, but have no other relation with him. Corvus and Proxima are already married by their first appearance, and only Black Dwarf (aka Cull Obsidian before namechange) is Corvus' biological brother, and also Proxima's brother-in-law by extension.
B) The 'Children of Thanos' are clearly an orphanage from hell, not an actual 'family. Gamora was abducted when she was 6-8 years old and clearly remembers her former life. They are not step-siblings or anything like that. They are unrelated, and simply grow up together under the same abductor, and even then, not from babyhood.
C) Corvus' mocap and voice actor Michael Shaw confirms that both Corvus and Proxima are married in the film. There were also leaked set photos showing Corvus and Proxima caressing each other in Edinburgh. These scenes were cut from the final cut for runtime, but are going to be part of the deleted scenes in the Blu-ray/DVD edition.
D) The name 'Children of Thanos' is a legacy term and reference to its use in the comics, where it was used by the entire army of Thanos' loyalists as a moniker.

Was really disappointed with how they were shown in the film. Seeing your fanart for them got me really hyped to see them and the more i looked into their characters the more excited i was. Maybe that was a fault of mine since in the end i felt the Black Order were really underwhelming. They were fine but there could of been more to then just nameless (You only ever hear Ebony Maw's name) lackeys of Thanos.
