character design matters alot when you are drawing fan art etc..... and blatant abuse of a character design is annoying and distasteful. so korra is based of an inuit .... then this fails completely then as it looks closer to someone of Caucasian decent.

i dont know what you are trying to imply by saying 'you act like you could make something better than this' i don't care for your opinion of my artistic skill sooo.... but you've completely missed the point.... and infact it seems that you think artistic abillity has alot to do with following a character design, a ten year old could follow a character design quite well although not having much skill.... what i addressed was her lack of consideration for the character design not not her artistic abillity.. you need to research what a character design is

yeah true, but that the thing about characters design is that anyone can stick to them regardless of skill and thats wonderful.... but to paint at her level and have no regard for the overall design makes no sense, like some people can paint but can't draw so they need to work on it but in her case she can paint but not follow the character design so she needs to work on it....because that looks like art stock with the name of a character
